The CCIMP (Chamber of commerce and of Industry Marseilles Provence) wished its data-processing development team to be perfectly capable to intervene on any element of graphical or functional personalization of an Internet platform assembled with the open source software eZ publish, which handled with the management of the objects and the processes of workflow, like the creation and the administration of news templates (style sheets, models of page…).
It also wished its IT team to be able to inter-connect its platform with certain external webservices, to be able to manage the returns in the event of temporary interruption of services such as adding and personalizing forms.

Objectives

This training given over 3 days made it possible to reach all the laid down objectives, namely:

• Administration: Management of the contributors, their associated rights, processes of validation, use of the functions of content management, management of the menus, creation of sections, classes of objects,… ;

• Design-development: Creation of models of pages, graphic integration, configuration of posting, installation of new elements of workflows, addition of extensions…
