Publicis Modem, subsidiary Internet of the Publicis group wished to redesign the site of one of its customers. Wishing to be based on the management solution of contents eZ publish, it called upon Internethic which profits from an expertise recognized on this CMS.

Objective

The customer wished to have advanced functionalities in term of management of customer relationships and E-marketing ( visitors' tracking, management of offers to preferential rates, codes promotions…) coupled with the installation of tools (edition of newsletters, statistics of sales, surveys…).

This solution was to be inter-connected with the current tools for logistic and financial management of customer.

Among the modifications carried out one can note:

• the creation of models of personalized pages
• design and personalization of objects
• the installation of simple process of workflow of publication
• the creation of forms of contact, recording of customers
• the installation of advanced tools E-commerce allowing to manage the orders and customers easily: made safe payment, worflow of treatment of the orders, spaces of follow-up on line of the orders for the customers, management system of promotions codes etc…
• the installation and the parameter setting of an interconnection of the E-commerce site with the management commercial software and financial ERP system for what to be linked with the recording of customers, the order taking and the update of the catalogue produced
• the implementation of a workflow process of multi modal delivery of the products ordered by the customers, with an export/importation automated with the Xml format of the data towards ERP system and followed on line of forwardings within space customer
• the installation of a management system of the affiliated codes identifying the source of the visitors placing order, following a redirection since sites identified tests, spaces retailers in white marks…
• the optimization of the systems of cache of eZ publish: the processing times were decreased considerably and the treatment on the databases drastiquement limited with in particular the installation of a system of generation of static automatic cache
• the installation of a sales model flash on the site of the customer
