In the framework of a partnership between Prodigg and Internethic, aiming at developing a plug-and-play data-processing solution of VAD/VPC reference, Prodigg launches bainetspa, a platform determinantly turned towards most expensive e-business in the end of 2007.

Around this project, bainetspa provides with its experience of direct-sales distribution, and Internethic its expertise of the development on the customized open source solutions, eZpublish 3.9 and Open ERP 4.3 (previously Tiny ERP).

Originally, the project had a need expressed by Bainetspa, an innovant actor of distribution, to optimize its sales process. It is an e-business platform, specialized in the sales of a "direct factory" of the bathroom material for individuals and professionals: The sold products are positionned in the middle of the scale, with the quality materials such as wood, glass, ceramics, synthetic marble, stone...

In the framework of launching its activities of sales in distance, Bainetspa was searching for an integrated and powerful dataprocessing solution, capable to manage all its direct and multicanal sales processes in an interconnected way, also for both, its B2B and B2C : management of files and customer relationship, actions of research and loyalization, logistically optimized organization, automatization and follow-up of purchases assistance in the sales process, invoice estimates, strategic analysis of the data of the activities, accounting and finances management.

Objectives of the eZpublish - OpenERP (ex TinyERP) architecture

As for a simple CMS, eZ publish is a real applicable Framework, permitting the implementation of complicated projects. Its structuring and powerful model of contents oriented object, allows to manage the most complex problems of the contents management.

OpenERP (ex TinyERP) is a highly modular and easily customizable enterprise resource management solution, since it is developed in Python language.

On its side, Internethic, partner of eZ systems and the official contributor of the eZ publish since 2002, brings a wide experience of the specific problematics of sales on-line on the markets with very strong growth. In july 2006, this young SSLL had already implemented a solution interconnecting the webshop of eZpublish and the 3.3 version of Open ERP, (ex Tiny ERP) for Pokershop, the leader of the sales of Poker's articles on Internet in France (www.pokershop.fr). Due to this entirely Open Source solution, the company ImPoker has been able to face with a brutale and exponential growth of its activities in 2006, everything by maintaining the level of quality of its logistics and commercial services, despite the limited resources of a small sized enterprise.

Internethic is engaged in the implementation of the complementary functions of Bainetspa, an Internet platform created under eZ publish (www.bainetspa.fr), interconnected with the Open ERP solution. These new extensions have a vocation to establish a crossed relation between the professional customers and individual customers, both of them being users of the site.
