The principal activity in which the association is actively committed, is the pilot project of bringing together the French-speaking inter-school high-school pupils between Marseille and French-speaking Africa (http://www.libretic.org/inforoutes), within the framework of an international cross-cultural partnership.

Libre & TIC association has an objective of sharing knowledge, through particulary the development and the promotion of the free software. It wishes to contribute to the education of the young people, at the local as well as at the international level, by proposing Internet services and solutions supporting the educational and cultural exchanges between school establishments.

The latter consists of the creation of an extranet high-school portal designed under eZ publish. The purpose is to promote the cultural and educational exchanges between France and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Principe, by the installation of an Internet platform of twinning between the St Exupéry college in Marseille and the Liceu Nacional de São Tomé.
