• 1st project consigned for Internethic : finalizing a multilingual intranet

Internethic has reinforced its teams and assisted Novactive in finalizing a multilingual intranet for one of its clients.

In the framework of two weeks' mission of consultation, Internethic, being strong in its expertise on the eZpublish solution, has helped Novactive to finalise the commanded service aiming at excluding the delays. This mission consisted principally of validating the templates and models of the existing pages, adding new extensions and integrated processes of workflow, designs on measures...

• Implemented competences on the 2nd project : concept of a shared gateway web 2.0

Internethic has initiated, by an intermediary of CMS eZ publish, a shared bilingual (french/english) website, implementing numerous advanced functions:

- a systeme of an advanced management of the users' profile:* document of the general consultation, * restriction of acces on private information, * (internal) mail alerts and the consultation profile / blog / messages * ;

- possibility for the members to create blog spaces and personal photo albums, to restrict the access from their friends;* blacklisting of members on the blog modules, photo albums and the delivery service;

- systeme of synthetic previsualisation of a profil or a photo of a member by a rapid mouse search on his name or his photo;

- development of an internal webmail module on the site : management of its notebook of personal addresses, sent elements, bin, markers of the unread posts and the reception of alerts during all the modification of a blog (new comment) or a forum (new post) to which the member has subscribed;

- the management system of user groups to dynamise the exchanges and divide the access on information;

- implementation of the thematic forums by the user groups...;

- system of screening the crossed information on the main page to different sections of the site: the latest subscribed members, latest posts to the forum, classification of the most active groups and users;

- management of the integrated publicity spaces for the design and on the body of the site.

To facilitate the search of profiles and the groups of relevant activities, Internethic has equally implemented, under eZpublish, 2 advanced multi-criteria search engines, parameters on measure, to know:

- a combined search on all the information of the user profile information: courtesy, centers of interest, schools, internships performed at enterprises...;

- a module of the search of internships.

Finally, the Internet site integrated in the module of eZ newsletter in a simplified configuration
