Internethic accompanies currently the League for the Lecture of the Bible in the selection of the most efficient and appropriate management tool for the management of logistics of its circle and the distribution of hundreds of millions of works it distributes every year, by itself or via its net of partners.

It is the expertise in the field of open source software and especially of the application program of the integrated management of TinyERP, which has convinced the League to contact Internethic to put into practise a mission of counceling and information on the possibilities of this tool and the development of its latest.

In fact, the League is very much interested in the Tiny ERP open source solution to respond in its needs to: have a global system capable to manage its multi canal sales, being based on the stock management and its diverse retailers (with different levels of access on the central database).

The system that was implemented in autumn 2007 has more vocation to an interconnection, with the e-business Internet sites it uses today.

Implemented competences

The first day of consultation on TinyERP had an objective to better understand the functions and present modules on this open source software, as well as the later possibilities of the interconnexion, especially with eZ publish.

The League wishes to be able to completely and autonomously manage its system of commercial information, if possible, being based on open source solutions which it considers to develop and adapt its future needs. This has a vocation to:

• simplify the management with its partners of distribution

• control, automatisize and plan the deliveries of the commands of past in its store spaces on-line

• automatisize the processess of the cost estimate transformations on the clients'/ suppliers' order-forms, with the creation of B/L / packing list and associated invoices, all the export in an Open Office and PDF formats,

• assure the traceability of the products and quantities per n° of the unique series of the commands from the beginning to the end (EAN code and the unique referencing of the commands according to the supplier, retailer and the status of the buyer), being based on the multiple real and virtual stocks.
